Daily Calender time

So this weekend i have been busy both with my kids and being nauseous from my pregnancy and trying to get my pre-school stuff finished and ready.  So I am making a flip chart with the days of the week. I am making a daily foam board that we can go through each day. I am planning on doing a shape of the say and i cut the shapes out into square cards and punched a hole in the corner. My friend is laminating them so they will stay nice for a long time. I also did the same thing with the days of the week but punched 2 holes at the top. With my weather chart. I am planning on giving each kid a set of their own weather cards. I will cut them into squares and put rings into the corners. Then the kids can either go outside or look out the window to be able to see what the weather is most like. I made a bigger set for myself to allow me to help them. I will also be adding my season chart that i made earlier. And eventually i will be adding a clock to help the kids learn time.

Overtime

I am doing a review of my lesson:
So for my lesson today, I ended up going over. I lost track of time. I ended up only using my circle chart and the seasonal charts. The kids really enjoyed taking turns putting the different items onto the board. I plan on using the seasonal clothes at the beginning of the next class. In the future i will try to plan a little bit more interactive activities. because i think the kids had a hard time sitting for a while.
